The Process

01. Inquire

After you have viewed the frame options and are interested in reserving your date, fill out the form on the CONTACT / ORDER page. This is used to gather information and ensure I have availability on your date.

02. A Quick Chat

I will call you at a time you're available and promise to keep it short! This gives me a change to answer any questions you may have. I will also tell you about the process- finalizing your order and flower drop off details. I've found phone calls to be the most efficient and clear way to get all of it sorted out.

03. Confirm Order & Pay

Once your customizations have been decided, I'll send you a contract and an invoice. Your order will be complete when you sign the contract and pay a nonrefundable deposit of $50. This is a time consuming process, so I'm only able to take on a few at a time (which is why a deposit is necessary). The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event. I will not be able to accept your flowers until your full payment is made.

04. Flower Drop Off

Flowers will need to be kept in water and delivered to me in Knoxville, TN within 2 days of the event to ensure freshness (the day after is preferred). Have a friend do this for you! I am currently not allowing flowers to be shipped to me through the mail.

05. Press & Design

Depending on the type, flowers can take up to 6 weeks to press before all the moisture is removed. After this is done, I will look over your customizations and begin to carefully design your frame. Your will have your frame within 3 months of me receiving your flowers.

06. Pick Up

Once your frame is complete, you can either pick it up in person in Knoxville, TN or have it shipped to you for an additional fee.
