- Press and Design
- Pick up in Knoxville, TN or have your frame shipped for an additional fee.
How do I deliver my flowers to you?
I am currently not allowing shipment through the mail. The flowers will need to be brought to me in Knoxville, TN within 2 days of the event (have a friend do this for you!)
Will I get to see my frame before I receive it?
No, frame orders do not include a sneak peek mostly because I think the idea of you receiving your frame wrapped and getting to see it for the first time when you open it is really sweet.
How long does the process take?
About 3 months!
Will my flowers look the same when pressed?
As the flower dries out, it will naturally lose some color and/or change shade. However, I am very careful to press them in a way where I can maintain as much color as possible. Some flowers maintain colors better than others.
Is there anything I need to do specifically I need to do to keep my flowers fresh before they are dropped off?
Yes! Keep in mind that the better shape your flowers are in when I get them, the better they will look after they are pressed. Be very gentle with your flowers during (don't throw them and try to not lay them around). As best as you can, leave them in water and shaded when you're not holding them. After your event, they should be kept in fresh water and in a cool, dark place until they are dropped off.
Can I make customizations?
Yes! If you would like to add vows, a photo, an invitation, etc., just let me know in your inquiry! Anything you would like put in the frame will need to be given to me at the same time the flowers are dropped off.
What if my flowers are damaged after the event?
If your flowers are deemed unworkable upon drop off, you have 2 options: you can order more flowers and bring them to me to press or you can receive a refund (excluding the nonrefundable deposit to reserve the date)
Do all flowers press well?
No, but most can be pressed. Dried or fake flowers cannot be pressed. Blooms that look like berries/balls also cannot be pressed due to thickness.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order BEFORE the event.
How much is shipping?
With packaging materials for a fragile item and ground, I have collected the average shipping cost and charge:
$75 for 16x20 frames
$50 for 11x14 frames
$10 for each add on
